- A new site chiefly for universities to publicise tenders but also with a lot of Local Authorities and other government agencies beginning to register and advertise.

- Allows organisations tendering for public sector contracts to register once, for an annual charge, and be registered with a range of possible contractors.
There is a free on-line self-certification process but also a fee-based system for those organisations tendering regularly.
